41 new citizens welcomed at ceremony at Syracuse University

Syracuse, N.Y. – Forty-one new citizens were welcomed Friday at a ceremony held at Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs.
U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Patrick G. Radel presided over the ceremony and administered the Oath of Allegiance.
The new citizens came from 26 different nations.
